Shipping Policies
We offer free shipping on most items we sell. In the event we must charge shipping on an item, it will be clearly noted at the end of the item extended description. And again when you go to the cart. Orders usually ship out the within 1-3 days. In the event it will be longer we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date. You will then have the option of waiting for the item or cancel the order. If you decide to wait, we will keep you notified of the status of your order every step of the way. We need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery if there are any problems, such as damaged or defective merchandise. We will give you an Return Autherization number to use to send the item back. Once we recieve the item we will send out a new one as soon as possible. There are no refunds unless we cannot get that specific item to send back out to you in a reasonable amount of time. We ship either UPS or USPS depending on the item. We will choose the best carrier for your order. You can also choose to pick the item up at our physical location. If you choose this service, your order will be ready for you to pick up when you get here.
