We offer free shipping on most items we sell. In the event we must charge shipping on an item, it will be clearly noted at the end of the item extended description. And again when you go to the cart. Orders usually ship out the within 1-3 days. In the event it will be longer we will notify you by email of the expected delivery date. Once we recieve the item we will send out a new one as soon as possible. There are no refunds unless we cannot get that specific item to send back out to you in a reasonable amount of time. We ship either UPS or USPS depending on the item. We will choose the best carrier for your order. You can also choose to pick the item up at our physical location.
